I have a complicated relationship with my brain. On one hand, I recognize it’s literally the hub of activity for my body and it sustains my life as I know it; on the other hand, there are days that I’m haunted by seemingly endless despair and racing thoughts. This piece features darker colors than the other organs and I took suggestions for its contents from some of the most logical people I know. Do you often think about your thoughts? Does your brain feel busy or over crowded? Mine does.
